Who is this green character?

I don't know a lot about comics...

But I have searched the internet high and low to try and find out what comic this pic may have came out of! I simply can't find any characters that look like this at any of the lists at Wikipedia(the best source of comic characters lists I found). I am out of ideas.

It looks like it could be a Marvel comic to me.

If it's not, does anyone have any idea what it might be from?

No scar, though. Abyss, maybe?

For some reason, I'm thinking it's more likely an Image (Top Cow) or Wildstorm character.

After searching through some Image comics, I'll agree, the art does look like something from Image.

I searched for "Abyss", and found some pics that resembled it, but nothing concrete.

I suppose I will post a question to the Image board. If nothing else, I'm fairly sure it's an Image comic because the eyes glow, and that seems to be an Image signature.

My guess would be that it is Wolf from Hunter-Killer.. a TOP COW comic..

You know what?

After some heavy research at Wiki, going through all their lists the other night, I arrived at the same conclusion.

But the link you gave was one I hadn't found and it's got some pics on it that even moreso make me think that's definitely it.

Such as this one:

Just an example of how the comic's art is very similar to the pic and the setting fits.

I'm pretty sure that's who it is now.

But I really did think for sure it was from Hunter-Killer for a while! Heh!

He looks like Spartan from WildC.A.T.S. to me--with weird lighting. It looks like Scott Clark's art to me. He drew a few appearances of the team.
