OYL Who's still missing?

Ok so we've pretty much figured out most of what happened one year later, but some characters are still MIA and I wonder where some of them are. Personally I want to see/find out more about:

-Power Company
-Josiah Power
-Skyrocket
-Bork
-Witchfire
-Striker Z
-Jade
-Manhunter (come on, he's not dead, he's faked his death enough times that there is no way he's dead)

-The Missing Year Titans (the ones we haven't seen yet, or learned much about)
-Hawk and Dove
-Aquagirl (II)
-Offspring
-Little Barda
-Mas
-Menos
-Talon
-Young Frankenstein (yea I know he's dead, but who was he, when and why did he join the titans etc..)
-Molecule
-Wendy and Marvin - yea they appered the first issue post-OYL, but not since

Jade? You mean Sapphire? Witchfire's shown up in Teen Titans and Shadowpact, both times at the Oblivion Bar. Skyrocket was one of the heroes that helped Superman defeat the Auctioneer in Action a year ago. Also, Oracle offered her membership to Birds of Prey in the one hundredth issue. Bork was part of Roulette's underground superhero arena, but that was in JSA Classified, so it might've taken place before the OYL jump.

Aquagirl's shown up in Aquaman since Tad Williams took over. The rest though? Got me.

And I doubt they'd kill Little Barda off. She's had one appearance. Now, they might kill off Powerboy, since he's shown up and actually developed as a character OYL, and happened to be a raging douchebag.

I want to know where the Android Hourman is. According to Rip Hunter in #68 of JSA, Hourman "would be out of commission for a relative year."

JSA #68 takes place right around the time of the buildup to Infinite Crisis. therefore, the android Hourman should have reappeared by now.

Unless of course, someone out there has plans for him to make a stunning comeback in Countdown.
