HEY THREAD STARTERS (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=138243)
When starting a thread, there should be a few things kept in mind:
2) Put some thought into it. Starting up a thread with a one or two sentence equivalent of "so, what do you think" isn't good enough. You're not supposed to just give a topic and then say "Discuss". If you have something to say, say it. If you can't summon the requested effort to start a discussion, keep it to yourself and wait for someone else who actually has something to say to start up the thread.
4) Do not use the words "Official", "Discussion", or "Thread" in your thread titles. For starters, you do not make anything official. Secondly, it's kind of obvious that we're gathered here to discuss things. Thirdly, you know those things we click on to read posts? That's right, they're threads. Everyone knows this, so there's no need to remind us.
Thank you for your cooperation.
