Barry Allen is so coming back, when a company offers an icentive to an issue it usually is something really big, and having barry come back is the biggest their is.

Wally West is my favorite hero of all time in ANY comic. That being said, you are just fooling yourself if you think Wally coming back is bigger than Barry coming back. I really don't like Barry Allen, and even I know him coming back is bigger than Wally coming back a year later.
