Hi! My roomie and I will host a party this weekend. We've invited a few local bands to play an afternoon concert to raise money for disabled veterans. Proceeds go to fund provisions of "working dogs" to veterans who need them.
I live in Statesboro, GA, just outside the city limits. We're asking $3 donation for the concert, but we're willing to waive that in exchange for volunteer work (and good company :D ). We always need folks to fill out name stickers and direct parking. We're starting around 2pm, on Saturday, May 19th. If you're interested in attending, please drop me a PM line and I'll help out with directions.
If you live in Savannah and need help with transportation, I'm willing to provide "shuttle service" to and from the fundraiser.
