Which satirical, celebrity pop culture cable TV series (E!'s "The Soup", VH1's "Best Week Ever", and Comedy Central's "The Showbiz Show") is at the top of the heap?

That's a hard one. I really like Best Week Ever and The Showbiz Show alot. The Soup is awful and doesnt even compare to yesteryears Talk Soup.

I gotta disagree, I think the soup has moments of pure comedy brilliance, but i do think that best week ever is the best

Yeah, I think I like the Soup better. It has that feel of intimacy, like when your sitting around w/ your friends, commenting on the stupid things of the day. Still, I think that it still doesn't compare to the wit and comedy of the Talk Soup of yesteryear.

I've always enjoyed The Soup and Best Week Ever. They're both at the top of my heap I'd say.
The Soup will never be as good as Talk Soup (but that's mostly on account of me having zero attraction to Joel McCale, as opposed to the 6ft chocolate bar that is Aisha Tyler), but it's still pretty damn good.

The Showbiz Show's pale imitation of David Spade's Hollywood Minute easily bests both The Soup's pale imitation of Talk Soup and Best Week Ever's pale imitation of Vh1's "I Love (whatever)".

The Soup by far. Joel McCale's funny without being too ass-holey on the subjects he makes fun of (He even admitts they are the only reason he's got a job). Plus, he's got the best Sports Talk Show Host in America in the audience every week (Tony Bruno.) I dare say, next to "Skunkboy" John Henson he's the best Soup host ever. (And I think Henson ruled on Talk Soup.)
The people on Best Week Ever on the other hand....just no very funny. They seem to try to hard to be funny and snobbish. But, they really aren't that good at any of it.

I never have gotten around to seeing The Showbiz Show, and probably never will. In terms of satire on Comedy Central, the latest I usually do is the repeat of the previous night's episodes of The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.
I tend to watch The Soup right after I'm done with Friday Night SmackDown! and change channels, and I find that show funny, especially whenever McCale talks about children's shows. The only problem is the repetitiveness of the running gags.
As for Best Week Ever!... I liked the idea of mocking and talking about what had happened in a time period, but only if the time period was a full year (as in the I Love The 80's, 70's, and 90's).

I gotta say "Best Week Ever" is the best show. It fits in a little less news than The Soup but I've found it to be alot funnier. The Showbiz Show has never appealed to me at all, David Spade just hasnt been able to make me laugh on TV since his run on SNL.

Soup is good. Show biz show is good
Best Week ever, there is maybe 5 minutes of funny stuff in the 30 minute show. And some of that is commercials.

THE SOUP!
I tune in whenever it's on.

Best Week ever is very hit and miss, depending as much on who they have on that week as it does on the actual events.
The Soup is probably the best, whenever I catch it I always stop to watch. The Mexican soap operas alone are worth it. The Showbiz show seems pretty good with Spade's monologue and headlines segments. Most of the skits suck.
