Anybody out here check out Raoh Gaiden and Yuria Densetsu? What's the CBR Anime Board's consensus?

I've seen the three currently released...uh...lemme copy-paste the titles...

"Raoh Den Junai no Sho" (Raoh 1)

...Yuria Densetsu

"Raoh-den Gekitou no Sho" (Raoh 2)

Anyone else see these? I feel they're kinda rushed for plot, but aesthetically they're great. Well animated, hugely detailed, but while the emotion is there the stories are rather thin and paced too quickly.

Although I understand North Stars Pictures is a fan-created studio so that could explain why all 3 cut just over an hour.

ah well. Thoughts?

My thoughts are they were redone very well the i'm waiting for the last one to come out Roah's death. You do know that in japan they had an actually funeral for Raoh grown men where their crying to. I guess they were really connected to him here's the link to it http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2007-04-18/3000-attended-funeral-for-fist-of-the-north-star's-raoh

holy crap..I had heard about it, but I hought it was for his voice dubber (somethin like "The voice of Raoh is dead yesterday in Tokyo" etc etc)
thats unexplainable...i thought Ken's popularity faded away ages ago in Japan. Oh well, its not the first time someone holds a ceremony for a manga character

I still have to watch the OAVs
