Train Heartnet (Black Cat)- for a teenage guy is an excellent, deadly marksman who never has failed his duty as a number of Chronos and rarely misses his target.

Levy (Black Lagoon)- is great for her superb ambidextrous use of guns. There is a reason why she is called Two-Hands.

Henrietta, Triela and Rico (Gunslinger Girl)- they aren't called gunslinger girls for nothing. They use guns because they enjoy using them. And they are not only efficient but they are also ruthless and almost coldblooded gunslingers, ruthless enough to kill terrorists without remorse.

Maria Tachibana (Sakura wars)- is even able to deflect a bullet by shooting it with an another bullet

Rushuna (Grenadier)- is a golden-haired Senshi--a gunslinger who travels the land with one purpose: to make the world a peaceful place. She is even a better gunslinger than Maria Tachibana. Rushuna not only can shoot her bullets against the bullets of her opponents but also when firing a single bullet against one of her enemy's bullets, the fragments of her fired bullet in collision with the single enemy bullet shattered all of the other bullets

Chang (Black Lagoon): has humbled Levy with his superior gunslinging skills.

Mahoro Ando (Mahoromatic)
Forte (Galaxy Angel)

Looks at Cast of Lupin. Looks at cast of Cowboy Bebop.

Wait a minute...

How the hell did the samurai turn into a crazy teenage hacker based on the personality of Yoko Kanno?

Well, when you go up against a character based off of mid-late 80s Chow Yun-Fat what do you expect :D

Meh. Stella, Sting, and Auel did a version of the Gun Kata in the first episode of Seed Destiny. I'm not impressed, =P

Another vote for Vash and Spike.

Seconding Vash and Rushana.

For person in a realistic setting, I would nominate Rally Vincent. In a straight, no cover gunfight, I can see her taking Mirielle and the Gunslinger Girls. Probably not Kirika.

I saw that, and IIRC, they merely took out some gaurds. That's not cool at all. Mana used it to humiliatingly massacre a bunch of Tengu Demon swordmasters at close range, which is very cool indeed.

She also took out an entire crowd of people so fast they all hit the ground at virtually the same time.

*guesses he just like Vash cause the man knows how to dodge* He might not be always that great a shot, but damn if he can dodge bullets!

And let's not forget sniping at people, and using ricochets to tag them around corners.

And since we're on the subject of Negima, Yuna's shown a fair bit of raw talent herself.

He's had one of the coolest gunfights IMO, mainly cause I liked the "We shot all our bullets at each other and they each hit so we collect them in midair and get ready to aim them at each other again only to find were back to square one" bit

Froggy,

That was a good gun fight. I preferred the one with him versus Wolfwood.

Sooo, where does Ryo Saeba fit in there?

I guess Rushana has him beat simply by virtue of her reloading technique:D

yes it was. Wolfwood one was nice as well too though, but the last episode fight with knives capped it for me

Daisuke Jigen

In the manga, he once killed a professional assassin (who claimed himself to be the best in the world) with a yen coin. A freaking YEN COIN stuck between his eyes. Beat it
