In this issue the battle between the son and Wolverine rages on. Anyway Wolverine is down for the count from last issue and Cyber shows up to pummel the kid because he knows where some people are that set Cyber up, or something like that. Some pros about the book are there was a lot of action and a nice pacing. Cyber reveals that he trained wolviekid. I think the coolest thing about this book is the fact that it reveals Cyber's new host has heart problems and has to take medication. The bad :A flashback  that reveals Sabretooth brought Cyber to the Weapon X program I'm assuming back in 1912. Next issue is supposedly the conclusion of this arc, but with all the stuff going on I can't see them making a nice package in of the final issue of this arc. SO my expectations are another Wolverine tries to learn about his past when supposedly knows it already and he ends up in a dead end and I cant see anything really coming out of this in regards of the son except another frigging arc where he goes looking for his son again.

Cyber can send his mind into other bodies. Sent into a body of a retarded kid that looked like arnold swarchanegger. In a previous issue the admantanium was ordered and I'm assuming the tinkerer put it on his body.

Will Sabretooth die next issue or the next after that?

I had no idea of that. Where was that established?

I remmeber him the last time when someone sent a bunch of bugs to eat his flesh out and leave all the adamantium only.

It was the first issue of the arc. 10 I think. Yeah who would have known.

I guees they wrote the arc without knowing Cyber was dead and had to invent that... laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame.

Not really. They showed the death in a flashback and everything.

And since Cyber already had all kinds of ridiculous powers before, I don't really see the problem with adding body-transferring to repertoire.

The thing I don't like about this whole arc is that is goes against a lot that has gone on in Wolverine and Cyber's past. Cyber's never been so good that he makes Logan look foolish. Logan actually always outsmarted and outfought Cyber, and he usually made Cyber look foolish. Now since Way says that Cyber trained Logan, Logan can barely lay a finger on him. I don't mind Way playing with Logan's past...it's the point of the book, but to me it has to make sense. Cyber was always more of a barroom brawler...he was always listed as a 4 out of 7 on the h2h combat scale. Now he's better than a guy who's always been rated 7 out of 7...and in fact, he trained him. And on top of that, I was expecting a classic battle between Wolverine and his son, and Wolverine can't lay a finger on him either. I don't mind the son being better...but being this much better than Logan means we'll never get a good fight out of their interactions.

Agreed.

This whole book has been lack-luster from the start, I'm done with this crap as soon as this arc is over, I just wanna see where Way's gonna leave it at the end.

Cyber's Back?!

I may have to pick this up again.

edit: even though it does sound lame. I really liked him before, and hated to see him die.
