The story is basically about some cocktail waitress, her violent ex-con ex-husband who she is hiding from, her lesbian biker friend who introduces her to (possible AWOL Gulf War veteran) named Peter. She gets involved with Peter, who begins to rant about the war in Iraq, UFOs, the Oklahoma City bombings, cult suicides, and then secret government experiment on soldiers, and the fact that he see's bugs everywhere.the movie suppose to deals with the issues of love, paranoia, and government conspiracy.so far the description of this film seems to be all over the place, but what do you guys think of this film?

If done right this looks like it could be pretty good.

I saw the trailers of this movie and it looks like it has potential. Yet I may just rather wait till it comes out on DVD.

Bug is mining hollywood cliches about Middle America. All in all, it sounds very outdated, almost like a lost episode of the The X-Files. Where's Mulder & Scully?

this looks like one of those films thats trying to pass itself off as a horror movie but then when you get to the end "OOOOOPPSS!!!!" no its not .....those type of "horror films" can kiss my ass.

I do wish they would stop with the "dirty" marketing.

It's not that kind of a horror.

I havent seen the preview for the movie, but I do know its directed by William Freidkin, who did the Exorcist, The French Connection, and To Live and Die in LA. The point is, he has a history of making movies that on the surface may look like one thing, but turn out to be something else (usually something better) once you get into it. Im not saying that this will be a winner, just that I'm willing to give this movie the benefit of the doubt, at least until I have more info.
