Krypto is missing for a year. If he is on Earth and functional we have a problem. He is a dog. If you have a dog, you know that if they smell a female in heat - well, then they go for it.
Krypto has a super noise, he can fly. He has super stamina. Thus, we should now have waves of super-litters on Earth.
Perhaps, Supes used a heat vision operation on the mutt while at the Fortress?
