I don't believe we figured Azrael for a bullet-timer. I think he falls a little short, if memory serves.

Non-'Assassin' Elektra isn't a bullet-timer either, as I recall. So speed should be about equal, possibly with an edge to Azrael, who is explicitly portrayed as having enhanced human speed.

Anyone have thoughts on that issue, the bullet-timing/speed one?

With enhanced human strength, he'd have a strength advantage. Plus, his armor would tend to do better against Elektra's weapons than her 'armor' (read - bathing suit) would do against his flaming swordblades. :)

Elektra has some ninja-magic going for her, but I don't know what she can do with it. Confuse him? Mess with his head? With AZRAEL'S head? *snickers*

I'm figuring, based on the above, that Azrael takes this 8+/10.

Any thoughts? I'm not entirely familiar with either character, so I'd love to hear opinions on the matter...backed up by feats.

Hmm, well Elektra in recent bouts basically killed Echo in the Ronin guise (which was also body armor itself) and Echo can give Daredevil a good fight. She also effectively stalled off Wolverine underwater who was under mind control by using her expertise of her sais and pressure points.

Azrael has bullet proof armor, flaming sword gauntlets, and some pretty good fighting ability. I haven't really read alot of his books myself so I'm unclear about his feats.

That said, I think Elektra would have an edge based on her performance against those two so I'd say Elektra 7/10 for the time being.

I've been browsing the KMC one, this looks like impressive bullet dodging:

Nevermind, fighting Deathstroke, dodging bullets like that, and taking on Batman, Nightwing and Robin are good enough feats to trump Elektra.

Azrael 8/10 is a good way to say it.

The Azrael 5.0 fight where he absolutely manhandles Batman contains some good fighting feats that demonstrate his superior speed and strength. It's not PIS - he's supposed to be faster than human, and far stronger. And in that fight he keeps catching Bruce completely off guard with his speed, and pulling crazy stuff like catching Bruce's punches out of the air. Bruce even narrates it like that.
