I'm definitely onboard with a campaign to get the rest of Hitman collected into TPBs. Way back in 2002, when CBR reported (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/newsitem.cgi?id=1424) from San Diego that DC's Patty Jeres had said in a panel that there were not to be any more Hitman trades, she'd given that answer in response to a question I asked in that panel about the future of Hitman collections.
Granted, you disputed (http://www.comicbookresources.com/columns/index.cgi?article=1395&column=13) her answer a week later, but now it's almost five years later, and there's still not a single new volume. So I don't think Jeres was bluffing. Incidentally, the last volume, "Who Dares Wins," was released in July 2001. And the next volume likely would have included #34, the Eisner Award-winning Superman issue.
Also of note, the Hitman story from Batman Chronicles #4 was already collected in the first Hitman TPB.
So yeah, let's get Tommy and crew back on the bookshelves!
