I heard some bad things and I didn't get a chance to see it but, a few weeks ago when the 1st volume came out, I bought it, it wasn't bad at all. The art was anime but it also had an 80's cartoon feel to it, it looked a bit more serious than I thought it would. The episode with the Hulk was very good.

the suits being white, orange, and blue look crappy though. I still don't get why they spray painted the 4 on thing's chest, that was dumb, but otherwise fine.

I was wondering about this too. I saw the first DVD at Wal-Mart the other day for like $9.99 and I was like wow that's cheap I should get it, but I figured no it might be terrible. So yeah what does everybody think. I would love to know too.

I enjoyed the show. My biggest complaints is that Reed's voice wasn't very good, animation needed work, CGI was overused and Johnny was given a terrible haircut. I wonder of Cartoon Network plans on showing all 26 episodes.

They show a few episodes here on TV and I saw it. I think it's entertaining. I'd get my nephew to watch it when he gets to be a little older. These cartoons are no longer for people over the age of 20, but it can be pretty good for anyone younger that's into comics.

They'll show more as the FF movie date comes around.

The writing was awesome. Probably about as perfect as you are going to get for an animated FF show. Way better than the 90s version, anyways, and HERBIE is written as a joke, as opposed to just being a joke. Whether the art design is up to snuff is debatable, but the writing is about as good as an FF show can get.

I actually thought the series was awesome. It was hands down (for me) the best marvel cartoon to date. It had enough of a campy feel to not be too serious and come off cheezy (i.e. 90's spiderman cartoon while I loved it, did come off very, very cheezy from time to time) yet still seemed serious enough to not be a looney tunes cartoon. I know they are waiting for the movies release date to come closer to release the rest of the series. I highly recommend this cartoon.... of course I'm a big kid at heart.

I didn't necessarily like it at first, but it grew on me. It's one of the better written marvel cartoons out there, with a good balance of not being too kiddy-ish while still being fun. I ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would.

If you can get it for cheap, you probably won't be disappointed.
