if he actually did die they will just do one of the gay bring back to life things they do when ever they killl a great charter.

I won't have this week's 52 until Saturday, so I may instantly be made to look like a fool here, but I would say, yes, he's dead. However, I'll agree with you that sooner or later he'll be back, thereby cheapening an otherwise touching death story. I don't even know why DC killed him off to begin with, though, quite honestly. His popularity had really spiked thanks to JLU, and along with Black Adam he was probably the biggest character draw in all of 52.

Making Montoya take center-stage in the role might be an attempt at diversifying DC's universe, and I suppose they deserve credit for that, but couldn't they have made her her own character instead? I don't see many fans buying it for very long before asking/demanding that they bring Sage back, which eventually, I believe DC will.
