Hunter/Killer Season 1 end

So what did everyone think of the season end of Hunter/Killer? and what are you looking forward to in the next season?

I bet you that the demon king was Ellis himself. I bet you there will be a bit of lead as to what he can become. He is the most and least powerful ultra sapien on the planet. And how far will one go to save the world? Will he become another Morningstar?

There's a lot of potential with this. I hope it starts again real soon.

There was all of this build-up in the last issue. That Cassandra might not be from the future, that there's another game being played that Morningstar wasn't aware of. But, alas, that did not happen. Instead, we get a rather hectic battle scene, the revelation of an odd delusion, and a seemingly out of character moment for Ellis.

I did not like how things ended.

Does anyone know if Top Cow is planning on a "Season Two" for this underrated series?

I've only recently gotten into it, and I absolutely love it! Hopefully we'll get new issues by next year because there's so much to go from here. I just hope that Marc Silvestri pencils another arc- his art was far superior then his successors after issue #6.

But yeah, hopefully Top Cow doesn't give up on this series- they are always so quick to cancel stuff, but Hunter-Killer's got major potential. Here's hoping.

I don't know if there will be a second serie but i think that i read somewhere (i think in a issue of wizard) that Hunter-Killer will have a cameo in the upcoming First Born event.
But the appereance won't be much more then just a short run in with one of the main charas from First Born.

I think Hunter Killer is awesome. I hope they don't cancel it. The writing is great and the art is even better.

Oh cool! I'm definitely picking up First Born then. I think Aphrodite IX is going to be guesting in it too- perhaps Top Cow has plans for her too.

Mmhmm. Mark Silvestri's run was the best, although I wish he lasted the whole 12 issues, because the art quality dipped a little when he left.
