Didn't it turn out to be Clayface, working for Hush, as part of his plan to mess with Batman or something?

If it was in the latter issues of Gotham Knights... it didn't happen. It's best to ignore those issues. Actually, it's best to ignore anything with Hush. Even the run in Batman you can just look at the pretty Jim Lee art and ignore everything else. Not that it makes any sense anyway.

They framed Alfred by using a brand new clay face that also served to create doubt that Hush was Tommu. Just blame in on confusing as hell writing.

Hush? What's Hush? I don't remember any "Hush" having anything to do with Batman comics? :confused:
On the other hand, I just found this note in my shirt pocket that says, "Dear Self: I'm experimenting with therapeutic self-hypnosis to blot out traumatic and useless memories. We'll see how it goes!" It's signed: "Lorendiac."
