Well, in a commercial during Idol. He's doing the new THE LOT reality show. I didn't know about that. Has he mentioned that anywhere? How did I miss this?

The commercial showed clips from his WIZARD fan films, too. Weird to see that on national TV. . .

Damn - We get American Idol in Britain, but I doubt we'll get the same adverts

Dan - THE LOT is the Steven Spielberg-produced reality series for young filmmakers. I don't know off the top of my head when it starts, though. It'll be different from the series Damon and Affleck were doing on cable not too long ago, but I'm not sure what the format is.

I don't know what the odds of the show making it over to the UK are, though.

Since Wells got started making fan films for WIZARD, I suppose he's a natural fit for this.

But, man, did my fast-forward finger do a leap when I saw his name on the screen.
