...you know, the SuperNatural Squad from Marvel Ultimate Alliance. The 4 most popular supernatural characters of the Marvel U. Really dug this team so some questions...
Have they ever made an appearance together in any comic book?
Would you like a mini/ongoing with their pairing?
Would you like the new Magic Event to centre around them?
What would you select their team name?
I'm torn between Midnight Sons, Defenders or the painfully obvious SuperNatural Society....

Thor's kind of the odd man out there.

What, you playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance or something? Ha.
I'd prefer it if they made some of the other "mystic" characters more viable as opposed to the ones that are generally respected by fans and writers in the new crossover. Which I think is the whole point, I think. I mean when you look at the DC universe, magic based characters are plentiful, and aren't really looked at with skepticism as much as they are in the Marvel Universe. It'd be good to see some underused characters get some face time.

How? Thor's a Thunder God. Being God = A Super Natural Force....

I certainly understand that, but I dont know or even remember any story which had the Big SuperNatural 4 in it. Just one is all I'm asking. Make it an epitome of Marvel's Magic Stories....

like StoneGold said, Thor is the odd man out of the four. activision did a couple of random teams like that, the all girls one etc but that dosen't mean that they were once a team.

So Thor hasn't been in this team before, so whats stopping them from bringing him in the team now?
So that answers my one question....

Nopie. Although Ghost Rider was briefly in the Fantastic Four, along with Spider-Man, Wolverene, and the Hulk.
Would you like a mini/ongoing with their pairing?
Personally, I'd like to see a Ghost Rider / Moon Knight team-up/crossover.
The old Legion of Monsters should be revived (not in it's current incarnation of one-shots, but as a team book). Perhaps with Ghost Rider, Werewolf-by-Night, Morbius, and Satana or Clea. (Man-Thing's just too difficult a character to integrate into a team.)
Blade works better as a loner. Dr. Strange works better as a deus-ex-machina. And Thor is more fantasy than supernatural/horror.
Would you like the new Magic Event to centre around them?
Nope.

How about "Three Guys and a God?". "The Fantastical Four"? "The Fifty Dimention Initiative"? "The God Squad"? "The Sorceror Supreme Court"? "A Brit, a Naif, and Two Doctors"? "Murry"?
Pax.

Thor is the more mainstream hero of the bunch. The rest where part of the Marvel Midnight Sons group, MU 616.

I think that's a pretty good group of characters. I'd buy a comic with those four characters.

I like the kick Marvel is giving it's mytics right now, I hope it leads to more minis and maybe a magicteam ongoing.

Well, there's some demand. Good news there.
Society of the SuperNatural is growing on me now..
For an artist, John Romita Jr. He can do horror like nobody. Come to think of it he should be on the Blade title, his stuff's better than Chaykin's. Failing that, Javier Saltares...
For writers, I gues Marc Guggenheim or Brian K Vaughan or JMS....
I hope those guys read the boards.....

Thor is definitely the odd man out , the rest have worked together when they were part of the midnight sons.
Personally, I'd like to see a Ghost Rider / Moon Knight team-up/crossover.
Check out Moon Knight 25. Art by Mark Bagley & Tom Palmer.

But don't, because unless Moon Knight is written by Doug Moench or Charlie Huston, avoid it like the plague.

I actually enjoyed that teamup , it was a fun read. Nothing revolutionary , it was just a interesting teamup. I would recommend it.

Why not just ressurect the name "the Supernaturals"?
It was used as a limited series starting altrnate versions of Ghostrider, Gargoyle, Black Cat, Brother Voodoo, Werewolf by Night, and Satana.

Cause I thought DC had already used that...

While I wouldn't be interested in the team-up book, I'm loving the focus that Marvel is giving to it's supernatural characters. I just recently picked up all of Ghost Rider, and I have to say, I like what Way is doing with Ghosty. Imo, BKV should be the only writer allowed to write Dr. Strange. His Strange has been nothing short of phenomenal, and while I didn't like the first issue of blade, I'm thinking about picking up a few more of the issues, and seeing what that's all about as I've heard good things. And while I like the Legion of Monsters book, I'd more like it to be how it was back in the seventies. Focus on a certain character for a story arc, and then pick up another character.

I dont think thor fits in with the others. Anyway Id prefer a team like this
Blade, Morbius, Moon Knight, Werewolf by night, Scarlet Witch, Ghost Rider, Gargoyle, and Sleep Walker. I've always thought Sleep Walker had a lot of potential to be taken in a horror type direction along with Moon Knight.

some of the team-up ideas do sound a bit interseting. Although some of them seem to "stand alone," it still makes me wonder how a group of the supernatural would do.

We already had that under the midnight sons.

Now that I think about it I dopnt mind the substitution of Thor with Ares or Hercules or even Moon Knight. Werewolf and Morbius wouldnt be bad either.
Dude this team needs to show up somewhere, that's all I ask!
