It's so hard to choose. I mean #200 is huge and I can't wait for it but...O5 Ongoing...I have to. Their my babies.

I did see an interview over on Wizard that they were talking to Finch about the cover...he said editorial made him put several things in the cover...and he put his favorites up front...so I'm gonna pretend that editorial made him put Scott/Jean together and he liked them so much he put them on the front. I can dream, don't wanna derail the thread into another S/J/E debate so just let me rant.

I chose X-Men #200, because it'll rock; but I'm really looking forward to loads of stuff. June is going to be a great month for comic books.

I'm getting kind of excited for the WWH crossover. I rolled my eyes when I heard about it, but I think it'll be a good time.

I jumped the NXM ship during the slash and burn period, but I might check out the Magik art, if for nothing else, Anole and Pixie goodness.

The new X-Factor art should be pretty good just because X-Factor is usually good.

And Storm? Oh yeah.

Couldn't care less about the Exiles.

Apparently, yes he will. But of the two, the spotlight is going to be on Gambit, who will be moving on to something else by #207. I haven't heard anything about what they're planning for Sunfire.

I also don't like the bathing suit, but subsequent covers (actually it's only one) have her back in the Alan Davis outfit she's been wearing for the past few years. I wish they'd just commission John Cassaday to design costumes for all of the X-Men. His designs are stylish and cool.

I didn't really care for that design, but I was happy to see that awful Jim Lee outfit go. Oddly, Storm has yet to have a costume that I really love. The Silvestri black leather (despite the shoulder pads, ugh) and Ultimate Storm's current uniform come close.

June is going to be a really great month for the X-Books. :D

I'm definitely looking forward to X-Men #200 and Endangered Species the most. It's nice that we're getting 2 stories completely different in tone and content from the same writer.

There's the fast-paced action, with cameos and insanely big stuff going on, (see Wizard's 10 Reasons why X-Men #200 changes everything (http://www.wizarduniverse.com/magazine/wizard/004251133.cfm)) and the other is mostly a character driven story playing up the tragedy, drama, and desperation, while finally fully examing the fall out of Decimation and M-Day.

Oh, for those of you who are going to pick up X-Men #200, do pick up Cable & Deadpool #42 as well, since Fabian says it fills in the blanks for that issue, and that Wade and Nathan will finally have a reunion! =D

Hmm... if you think about it, while all the stuff that's going on is great for us X-Fans, it's going to be a very sucky time for the X-Men themselves.

The Hulk comes knocking on their door (and he's not selling vacuums), the Exiles and Excalibur have to stop the multiverse from collapsing (or something), someone's gonna die on Breakworld (place your bets!), Pietro's being eviiiiiil in X-Factor (don't do it Rictor! and what happened to Rahne!?), Cable's gotta deal with the damage done to Providence, and his bosom buddy Deadpool is hanging out with Sabretooth!? (poor Mr. Mutant Messiah can't catch a break!), Wolverine is... being Wolverine (he's evolved from a whatnow?!), Rogue's team is going to get dissassembled and attacked by the Marauders in X-Men #200 (eep!), the Morlocks are being killed (again?!), the X-kiddies are in H-E-Double Hockey sticks (oh noes!), and Beast and the other mutants realize that if they don't do something, they're all gonna die! (ZOMG!)


And then we get X-men First Class ongoing in their own little world where they go on happy little fun-filled adventures! (Yay!)

Yuuuuup, the X-Men for the most part have it really, really bad. But it's going to be really, really fun to read!
