This movie looks awesome. We finally see Venom in action, and he looks great. I am very excited to see this film. I really hope they can get every one back to do a part 4, because this franchise really tops itself with each movie.

SPOILERS:
I have been thinking that Peter asks Harry for help in fighting Venom, and that Harry is either very badly hurt or killed in the battle. This is supported by a quick scene in the trailer showing Peter and MJ kneeling over someone on a top floor of a building as the sun is rising. Peter's costume is damaged like it is in the scenes we see him fighting Venom, and MJ is wearing the same outfit from those scenes as well.

Looks pretty good actually. I love seeing Eddie's reaction to getting the suit (did we expect it to go smoothly?). I'm also starting to like the new Goblin suit. I know everyone got on the "Tony Hawk" Goblin trip, but I think it fits Harry's character pretty well. My only complaint is not enough Sandman..

BTW SPOILERS:
Did anyone else notice Harry's half-burnt face towards the end? I'm sure its after Peter throws a pumpkin granade back at him, and its another unique thing that Raimi's added to the mythos.

My only complaint is not enough Sandman..

Sandman is sort of the big new visual element to the film. Raimi said they were trying a lot of different things with him that haven't been done in film before so I can see why they might hold back. Visually Venom and Goblin II are variations on what we've seen in the other movies while Sandman is something completely different. He does play a huge role in the film though.

Surprised how much Venom was in it. I think they figured the cat was out of the bag and people wanted to see him anyways they threw some shots. My favorite is the shot of him with his mask off and Topher sporting Vampire fangs. Pretty f***ing creepy.

It's going to be a fun movie for sure I'm little sad that this will probably be the end of the Tobey/Raimi era of Spider-man movies.
