I’m sure this thread has been posted before. But I saw this over at the Newsarama forum today so I decided to start one here. It’s pretty straightforward. Make your own teaser trailer for a movie about any Marvel character, team, or storyline of your choosing.


“Its name can bring shivers down anyone’s spine…”

[Scene shows a close up of Ultron’s face]

“ULTRON!”

“Its force can bring a world to its knees…”

[Scene shows the world’s computers malfunctioning with Ultron’s face appearing on the monitors]

“ULTRON!”

“Its power can slaughter billions…”

[Scene shows numerous civilians getting killed]

“ULTRON!”

“In its path of destruction, one group chooses to stand in its way!”

[Scene shows Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and other members of the Avengers]

THOR: “Ultron, We would have words with thee!”


AVENGERS: ULTRON UNLEASHED!


THIS SUMMER!


ULTRON: “Terminate all life!”

Okay, sounds like fun, heres my trailer for the Incredible Hulk, thats supposed to be opening July 2008...

[The Universal logo comes up, in the background, a low rumbling symphonic music accompanies it.]

[The camera zooms in on the Universal "planet" logo, first zooming in on South America, then Brazil, then finally on the Amazon rain forest where we last saw Bruce Banner in "Hulk"]

{Background Voice is Glenn Talbot (Josh Lucas) as camera pans through the jungle}

"He's a freak, a giant, gamma irradiated thing."

[camera flashes instantaneously to a hulking green body running through the rainforest, plowing down trees and making a thick grunting noise, then goes back to Talbots face]

Talbot- "And you know as well as I do, General..."

[camera flashes back to Hulk for an instant, this time we see him jump high over the forest canopy, his silhouette passing over a full moon, Camera then quickly flashes to General Thunderbolt Ross, played by Sam Elliott, his face is stern but concerned...]

Voice-over, talbot: "That no matter where he goes, or what he does..."

[We look up into the sky to see a huge green missile plummeting towards the camera, landing just in front of it with a ground shaking "THOOOM!", the Hulk, on his knees, slowly begins to rise, till he stands towering over the camera, his skin is a sickly green under the moonlight]....

[then we flash directly to Betty Ross, played by Jennifer Connelly, she turns toward the camera with a startled look, and the music stops.]

Voice-over, Talbot: "He'll come back for her."

Music then swells and speeds up and we go into a fast montage of Hulk in action....

-he runs and jumps 20 miles into the air, then he's picking up the engine of a train over his head, the rest of the cars still attatched,

"This summer, What can be done..."

-then betty is running and screaming as a swarm of huge, gamma irradiated locusts threatens to overtake her. Hulk lands and begins to swipe at the bugs with huge green hands.
-then we're in a city sequence, Hulk does his ThunderClap, shattering the windows of every skyscraper on the block and shaking the ground.

"When a man's Anger..."

(many more action snippets from the movie), then-

"Is Unleashed?"

[Music booms to a stop, and we see Hulk, in the middle of the Desert, in fighting stance but with no one around him. The wind howls lowly in the background. Hulk then slowly looks up into the air, to see a Gamma Bomb descending directly onto his head from somehwere in the sky. He makes a mighty leap, and meets the bomb in mid-air! The bomb explodes in a green incandescent flash that envelops the entire theater...]

"THE INCREDIBLE HULK" (panning in)

"JULY 27, 2008" (panning in)
