the thought poped in my head due to the sheer depressing stage ill be in when i cant stomach the game anymore. there is no evidence or logic behind this, but i have thought of some sort of a story line but when it comes to enimies or god powers im lost in the ocean

any way here is my story...

Kratos is the king of olympus and thrives in its glory, yet an ill-intentioned visitor challenges the all mighty ghost of sparta (thoughout the game he is still called this) the opponet is Kratos' little brother back from the depths of hades with his heart burned like the dying souls in the underworld. his words are harsh and unheard for his touge is shedded, his flesh decomposing and the stench over whelming. Kratos is rendered austruck and refuses to fight back while his brother 's weopon (it would be some cool blade or axe completly composed of ash and fire) tears the spartan's body to peices. yet again he is resirected by some god or cult or titan or something, and he sets out to save his brother from the choking hand of Hades.
.
.
...im still thinkng of ways to make it sound more brutal and bloodthirsty cause right now it doesnt sound very Kratos-y to be saving someone, even if it is his brother

for the treasury im hoping for a replay on every death/context sensitive kills for all the enimies in all the games, i would just love to see Theseus' head smashed to oblivion again or watch as Perseus is chucked at grappling hook
or cutting the heads off of the Hades Juggernaut or the impaillment of the Hades Minotaur or the clipping of a griffin...i could go on and on

Well the only potential I can think of for God of War 3 is the return of the very pissed titans who lost to the Greek gods. But when the return, they find out thier "sons" died so they try to take back the throne from Kratos. Also add in Hercules to the mix to battle him too for fun. As the final boss like in Greek myth, Kratos fight's mother earth and her husband (forgot his name but he got it on with mother earth and made the titans or something like that).

4 can be a interesting crossover with other myth's as well like Norse myth, Egyption, Druids, and so on. Hell in one game put Kratos against the biblical Lucifer.

I think its Father Time. (I could be wrong, I'm going off the Christmas shows on ABC Family:p Too much information? Too much information.)

Uranus was the name of Gaia's husband. He was the embodiment of the sky and heavens, he was the father of the Titans and grandfather of the gods.

An addendum to the OP's story-line: After being slain by his demonic brother, he could be ressurected years later by some of his old worshipers and find that in his abscence, his brother has taken over Olympus and transformed the Greek world into Hades on Earth. Demons and undead run rampant and rule over the living. Kratos must break his brother's evil hold on this world if there is ever to be peace in his soul again. Kratos could journey around and find the deceased gods and take their powers from them to become strong enough to face down Baby Bro.

Or something like that.

GoW3 totally has to feature the Titans vs. the Gods. I'd hate for them to just cut away to the ending of the war and Kratos had already won.

I wonder, if Kratos is going to try and rid the world of the Greek Gods, what is he going to do to Gods like Aphrodite, the Erotes, Hestia, etc.
