Need help remembering old cartoon/tv show?. Pls help

I remember when i was younger there was this cartoon and when ever the kid went out of her room, then all the toys came to life,

There was a skateboard, a waterbottle, a teddy, and spring type looking character,

Pls help, i tryed retro.com and still can't find this.

not sure if it was showed in the usa, i know it was in the uk and ireland.
