Winter?

This has been bugging me ever since I saw Fuji, and some of the rest of the Stormwatchers alive in Stormwatch PhD. Last time I saw, Warren Ellis wonderfully killed them off fighting ALIENS.

Now, in that one shot ... Winter supposedly died. BUT, didn't Ellis bring him back too, in sometype of back up story, or am I just going crazy?

Robbie Morrison brought him back in an Authority one-shot. It was basically Winter's consciousness in the sun attempting to destroy the earth.
