By the way is anyone else really enjoying Garney's artwork? At first i hate it..it seemed sketchy and rushed but it's really easy on the eyes and im gonna remember the CW tie-in fondley

EXCELLENT stuff! ASM's been odd lately- "War at Home" began brilliantly than kind of faded away near the end when it became evident there would be no real conclusion. (To my mind, JMS should have done what Hudlin did with Storm/Clor: Given us an 'off the page of CW7' conclusion to Spidey/Iron Man) Still, Garney's artwork has grown from "Poor" to "Brilliant" in my mind as well and I can't wait to read Back in Black.

Plus there's something odd about it being monthly again, feels like it's EARLY instead of on time.

hehe yeah, it does feel like an early release..it's out next thursday here, i remember seeing the first image and thinking "damn this isn't gonna be out for months...the wait is gonna kill me!" and here it is! ^_^ btw i didn't realise it was you magneto! it's the change in avatar, threw me off ;D

Wow nice preview. Did not think Peter was able to launch a jeep like that, makes me wonder just how strong he is now.

Wow thats amazing! (yeah I said it) This arc will be keeping me up at night waiting for the issues to come out and counting down the days if everything else is like what's being shown. Plus we all know that Peter is going to be hunting down Kingpin no that he's out of jail. Can't wait for that confrontation. Also it'll be just gravy if Aunt May finaly bites it for real.

Well, the Other made him a lot stronger. Guess we are seeing the results of that now.

don't know if you've checked other previews of the upcoming arc, but he owns Iron Man like no one else business.

I received an early copy of this issue and it was really good. Peter is really pushed to his limit and you can see that he is all about business. No jokes or funny onliners. Just Spidey kicking some a$$.

spidey/iron man preview is in aprils wizard mag.
It looks to be the shiznit.
Spidey has not nearly realized his full potential since the events of the other.
Tony hadnt either, but im sure he knew something more dangerous about webs than webs knew of himself. Its part of the reason why T gave him the iron spidey costume, a) for control over him(which backfired beautifully)
and b) imo to distract peter away from his new potentials by having him focused more on the suit.
In the preview spidey has 2 options...be defeated or try something never tried before, the result is simply....amazing

Cover by Garney is a classic and looks like it's painted

Loved how JMS made Spidey into angry Peter and Garney drew this. It's what changed my mind not to drop this book.

Don't know how the sniper could miss Peter hovering over May. He's supposed to be able to deal with people who have spider sense like powers, yet when Peter picks up the car to throw it, he has a clear shot, and still can't take out his mark. Big build up for the shooter - poor execution.
