The demonic angel created by Hild and sanctified by Belldandy found a temporary host in Keiichi, but how long can his mortal form bear the burden? Keiichi has a notion of how to shift its presence to a more suitable host body, but Velsper may not like the transfer. Come to think of it, neither may Keiichi! Plus nine “Adventures of the Mini-Goddesses” strips and an exclusive preview of the upcoming Oh My Goddess!: First End novel.

Do you think Dark Horse could license the novel itself, if they are going to bother to negotiate for a preview of it?

Yeah. The wording of the initial blurb also makes it evident that they had licensed it; note that they call it a "preview" of an upcoming novel, not just an excerpt from a book only in Japan.

On a related note, the Oh my Goddess PS2 game sucks ass.

The gameplay is horrible, and the graphics uggh.
Only good thing is the neat stuff in the limited edition version.

special box art, a silver pocket watch (made in the likeness of the watch seen in the game), dress-up cels, memory card-sticker cels, limited edition cards, a special drama CD, and a desktop accessories CD for those who pre-ordered the package.
