Of the various Limit breaks and limit break like things, which is the cheapest?

Examples don't have to be from Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy 8 - Quistis - Degenerator > Eliminates an enemy from battle

So, if you just hung her HP just into yellow, and kept pushing triangle at the start of every battle. You just keep winning.

FF7 - Aeris's Fury Brand, which simply uses up her limit bar to fill up those of her teammates, is crazy with Cover and Hyper. Aeris's ability to change damage into healing makes dying kind of hard to do, too. She's easily the best character in FF7(more's the pity).

FF8 - Limit breaks are generally absurd in this game if you junction for HP and rapidly switch battle menus to force limit breaks to trigger. Zell's limit break is the most damaging, if you focus on doing attacks as fast as possible. Cheating with Selphie's random spells by opening the PS1 lid to stop the battle from progressing is pretty good, too, though boring.

Oh, I'll add, if you cast Aura on yourself, you can have near full health and limit every move. Now lets say Squall has Ultima magic on his strength as well as many strength + % abilities. Then also cast, then 9999 hit each each of his limit which can but up to 7 or 8 hits.
