So, we now know who he is, and we have some notion of what his powers are, & we know how his powers are activated... my question is...

How will SHIELD and the gov. be able to contain him if he decides to go rouge?

According to Mr. Osborne, there are little nano electric bots floating around in the bodies of the Thunderbolts, sans Metorite as we know so far, that gives said psychos a "little" prick of electricity if they go back to their old ways or slip out of line.

Now, what happens when they shock Penance, he becomes "charged" and is probably still standing, right. What then, another shock? Same thing.

So, do you think that they're containing him via another type of nano bot, or have I just stumbled in a "some-what plot hole"/unresolved thread that will no doubt be an issue shortly.

Any ideas?

if he's planning to go rogue, he had better hurry. i think he said in Frontline that his powers are slowly killing him. plus he's losing a lot of blood everytime he activates his powers. besides that, it's not like he's immune to a bomb being dropped on him or sonics.

According to #110, he doesn't have the nanobots.

I could be mistaken, but I think it's only the villains who don't want to be there (and Swordsman, what with the whole "Strucker" thing) who have the countermeasures. Radioactive Man, Songbird, Penance, and Moonstone are in the clear.
