While looking for a shop to buy a certain VS set I've came upon this:

It might be old news or some inacurate information but I have to say that I would be happy with such a lineup.

It saddens me (deeply) to be the bearer of bad news... that was the intended lineup but alas there will be no series 3. Abe is going to be an exclusive. At least we get Abe though.

I feel ya man. I would have bought every character as long as they looked as good as the previous ones. Now I have to work with what I have to customize as many characters as possible.

Awe...a frog monster would have been great..but like X said, at least Abe is coming.

That would have been the coolest set so far, I think.

Although I think it's hard to beat the Kriegraffe with Herman von Kempt head :)

DAMMIT! That wave has every figure I want! Those are basically the last 4 I was hoping for. At least we get Abe, but still...the other three would have been fantastic. I'm still holding on to hope that we get something like this down the road from someone. *sigh* What a shame :(

Well, I imagine that Hellboy sells well...but the other characters probably not so much. It's seems like a tough sell to me. While Hellboy has more recognition now, I still find most people know little to nothing about the comic. Hard to sell something that most people aren't familiar with.

Though I could be wrong.

A good portion of the problem imho is that Mezco is a relatively small company.

Mayby they'll change their mind after Hellboy hits monthly once again or when the second movie will be out. Still... That's a lot of waiting for that Frog monster... :(
