Things are getting a bit spiritual for Spidergirl...

First, Kingpins wife comes in his dream and takes him to heaven (though he doesn't belong there...)

Second, Normie Osborn was getting the crap beat out of him in a dream but Norman Osborn but was saved by Harry and Liz.

Third, Aunt May comes back in Spidergirls dreams and gived her the prep talk she needed to stay alive. Other wise, she would have died.

Any thoughs?

Yes, Spider-girl is stupid. :p

Sorry, I just had to say that. I've never even read it, so I can't judge. I'll be leaving this thread now before I get in trouble...

Idk, Spider-girl i read it for like 2 issues, and I got bored with it. I just can't grasp onto the fact MJ & Peter are still together and they have a two kids, and life is just peachy. The character was alright, it's a fun read, but I'm rly into continuity, I just can't help it. I don't really like the MU2 stuff. Thought, my letter was in #5, and if they do the story I mentioned I will be back on the book.

Uhgg. That was one issue. Issue #63. Three years ago. Near death experiences are a plot device. They get used all the time in comics. And besides those three times Spider-Girl hasn't used them again.

If you want to talk about Spider-Girl discuss RECENT events in the books.

If you're not into MU2, that's cool. Different Strokes for different folks...
BUT I'm really into continuity too. and this series follows stuff that 616 has ignored.

Infact I'm impressed with the amount of stuff this series connects to in relation to pre-clone saga spider-man (actually this book reads as if Defalco has never stopped writing Amazing...)

I think maybe its just not related to current Spider-man OR at least spider-man stories you are familar with...(which is more than fair)
And I'm glad you at least gave it a try.

Personally, I'm loving seeing Black Tarantula again
