I ordered mine online nearly a year ago and still haven't received my copy.

It's been pushed back to the end of March, I think.

Why the long delay? Did the issues not get put out on time?

It keeps getting pushed back. Most recent release date is 3/28. :)

Yeah I was waiting for 10 as well but like everyone has said it's pushed till around the end of March. Also Powers vol. 11 is coming out in May, so it'll be nice to have them releasing close to each other.
