....then if you're planning on staying on-board, what's gonna be on your pull-list?
For me it's Amazing Spider-Man, Punisher: War Journal, New Avengers, Immortal Iron Fist, Daredevil, and World War Hulk.

CW brought me back bigtime into it since the Clone Saga as a kid. Though I did flirt with the usual pirated stuff on and off like very many bad people do...don't do it kids!
My Marvel pull list is gunna be Iron Man, Mighty/New Avengers, She Hulk, Ant-Man, Ms Marvel, Cable/Deadpool. And like...everything Initiative related....

Civil War got me re-interested in comics. I've always been a huge fan of Spider-man, but I always got my fix from the 90's cartoon and only owned 4-5 Spider-man comics until last year when Civil War began. Now I get Amazing and Sensational Spider-man. I'm too cheap to get anything else. I'm kinda interested in the X-men and Wolverine series, but Civil War hasn't really sparked my interest in any characters other than Spidey. I would consider getting Thunderbolts and New (Secret?) Avengers if I knew Scorpenom and Spidey, respectively, were going to stick with those series from here on out. But since I don't know that, I'm not going to bother with them.

I loaned a friend all seven issues of Civil War. He had read a few of them before. He finished the last issue and IMed me.
He said that he was looking to get into the Marvel U again with this. Yet, with the way things went down, he said he now wants to say away from it.

Back in school I was dropping way more money than I should have on comics and so afterward when bills started piling up it was a habit I had to drop. Partly money issues and partly because my fav books had gotten crappy. X-Men post Kelly/Seagle, Avengers and Thunderbolts after the initial arcs wore thin. Something about the Crimson Cowl and her Masters of Evil is making me shudder...... I got back into comics a bit through cbr here. Just read the boards trying to catch up and keep up on what was going on since I left. But I will admit, CW was what finally dragged my butt back into the stores. I had been debating the pros and cons of falling off the wagon again anyways, lol. Since then I've gotten back into my X-men, though I don't understand whats so great about Astonishing. I love Thinderbolts again and have been checking out Moon Knight, Punisher, Black Panther and and CW ties that catch my eye. Once again I look forward to Wednesdays every week and I'm loving it!

The talk about Civil War got me more interested in Comics again, in that I would occassionally read an issue off the rack at Borders. Since then I've picked up a few trades like She-Hulk, Thing, Cap, Ultimates and Moon Knight. I have yet to actually buy an individual issue, though. But considering the fact that I hadn't bought anything Comics related in years, even baby steps are positive ones.

I drifted back into the fold after over ten years out back in November or so. While I continue to be most Marvel-oriented, I've branched out to a couple of DC titles as well for first time ever.
Marvel:
Amazing Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-Man, New Avengers, Mighty Avengers, Moon Knight, Ghost Rider, New Avengers: Illuminati, Ultimates, and a fair amount of the remaining Civil War and Initiative stuff. I'm flirting with adding Iron Man to the pull list since IM is number three on my list of favorite ever super heroes, but I have to look a little more deeply at my pocketbook before I can answer that one.
I might pick up the first couple issues of WWH off the rack.
DC:
Green Lantern, 52, Detective Comics

I was into Ultimate Marve, I guess CW might have gotten me into mainstream marvel again though. Also, Steven Colbert, he's the MAN!

Civil War brought me back in, too. I was originally just going to get the main series and the tie-ins, but I got addicted big-time and started getting stuff like Daredevil, Incredible Hulk, Irredeemable Ant-Man, and Thunderbolts. I also got minis like Agents of Atlas, Annihilation, Doctor Strange: The Oath, and Eternals. I'm a fanboy again!

CW got me re-intro'd into comics after staying out of comics for more than 13 years. I'm definitely gonna buy CW spinoffs, Spideys, All-Star Superman, and some others. Now that i'm older though, I find myself looking at stories more than art (Watchmen, Kingdom Come). I'm getting that same 'itch' to buy comic books, much like the feeling I got when I was a kid, so i'm excited about all the good stuff out there.

I'd been dabbling in there, constant with some books, but CW brought me in bigtime for the first time in quite a while.
My pull list is in my sig but basically; all of The Initiative titles plus Amazing Spider-Man and Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man. Long-term, not counting mini-series, I'm narrowing it down to:
-Amazing Spider-Man
-New Avengers
-Mighty Avengers
-Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man
-Captain America
-Iron Man
-Thunderbolts
-Fantastic Four
-New Warriors
But I'll always be getting a good few mini-series and whatnot anyways. Without civil war, there is no chance I would have read: Friendly neighbourhood, Iron Man, Thunderbolts or New Warriors, plus only occasional caps, Spideys, Avengers etc.

Well for me it was really Annihilation that brought me back. Havent read comics in over 10 years but some friends of mine that still did kept me in the know. Lets see my pull list:
Marvel: Iron Man, Hulk, Civil War, Illuminati, Marvel Cosmic titles.
DC: Spectre, Brave and Bold, Shazam by Jeff Smith
Thinking about: New Avengers, Mighty Avengers, Punisher Max, Ghost Rider, An X Title maybe- not sure which one though,

I have dropped everything I used to buy from Marvel. They aren't getting a cent till changes at the top are made. Thank God, volume 2 of Astro City is coming out.
