Need help building a website!

I need help. I know nothing about this sort of thing.

I need help building a simple one page website with a headline banner (which I already have ready to go) a written statement (also ready to go) and a petition right on the site's main page and a big "Sign the Petition!" button.

That's it.

if anyone does help you take the deadline they give you with a piece of salt. i've just had mine done, took the guy 3 months longer than stated due to other commitments etc...
