I apologize if I am looking in the wrong place, but I figured, the best place to find an aspiring comic book artist might be a comic book site.
Any how, I am currently looking for some one who might be interested in doing some contract work for a comic book/graphic novel. I would need to see some of your work. I am open to style. The comic is a dark topic, with a bit of violence and nudity. Even if you have never been published, please don't be shy. Work ethic and skill are more important to me than your resume'.
I am a serious writer, with one book published and a second one going to press.
This particular piece would do best as a comic book/graphic novel. I am not expecting you to work for free. I will gladly pay for work as well as give royalties. This is a chance for some one who never thought they could get their foot in the door to do just that. This will not be easy, it will be hard work.
I am a traditionally schooled artist with a degree but illustrative art has never been my strong point so I am looking for some one who can do the work I need done.
