1. I kinda get the feeling that the rise of the TPB market made the self contained arc populer a few years ago. Now it seems that Marvel would rather just publish the TPB then waste time with the monthly...
2. Aren't there laws that people with serious communicable diseases have to be quarentine? Based on your logic wouldn't that lead as well to tracking devices being implanted in people?
3. This isn't about PD but the publisher of Artesia just recently announced a HUGE expansion of their output (they're publishing about a dozen new series this year). This seems really risky to me and I REALLY don't want anything to interfer with Artesia. I told the author at the comic-con that I hope he doesn't get hit by a truck in the next 20-25 years (Artesia is suppose to be 22 mini series each one losely based around a card in the tarot).
