Well as a creator who has worked with Comixpress this is interesting news. Just wish that they would have informed us. I think in the two years I have only received maybe 2 or 3. It sounds great though.

Very glad to hear there is some movement on this, and was very pleased to see the article in this weeks LITG, as I've not heard anything from Comixpress in months and a dozen emails went unanswered.

So, what if you just don't sell through them? Do they ship the books as fast as they claim? Is the quality of the book good? Is there any weird dealings in just getting comics printed and sent to you?
I was interested in using them, but didn't really want to sell through their store. Should I look elsewhere, or would I be ok?
Thanks.
p.s.: what part of the site doesn't work? I had no problems.

New print on demand. Don't have a web front. Just straight print on demand. If you want a webstore after it is printed. You can get it listed over at the Dimestore distro!!

Check it out.

The quality of their books is very high. I've always had great dealings with their staff.
They are now handling my print orders for Diamond and doing an amazing job.

Awesome! Thanks for the info guys.
They really do seem to be the best place to go through. But, not if you're going to get screwed. Seems as though they're back on the up and up.
A friend of mine just got his proof copy the other day and was pretty thrilled with the quality. So, I think I'll go ahead and use them.

How did you manage that? I think it would be great if they could do that for everyone's comic.
