It's this weekend already. Wow.

Jonah and I will be there, along with a crack staff of intrepid CBR reporters. I won't be doing day-by-day coverage, but I'll have a column for all that on Tuesday. I know I'll be there on Saturday and Sunday, but I don't know where or when during those days. I'm playing this all by ear. I should probably look at the panel schedule one of these days. . .

You should come to Rocketship on Saturday night, Augie!

Check it out. (http://goodcomics.comicbookresources.com/2007/02/20/new-york-comic-con-meet-ups/)

There's also a dinner on Friday.

I will be there on Saturday. I pre-ordered my Saturday only pass last summer and they just mailed it to me the other week. I only have to pick up the badge holder/lanyard and I am good to go. I am taking the bus in and should hit the city about 10am and the con about 10:30 or so. I will probably head to the DC booth to see the autograph schedule. I want to get Rucka to sign some Wonder Woman/Checkmate, Gail Simone to sign Villains United/Secret Six/BOP. Then its over to the CBLDF Art Jam & Auction at 11:30. After that I am not sure. Will probably check out the Trivia Showdown, the 80's Superhero Renaissance panel, the Comics School Art of the Cover panel and the Cup O'Joe. In between I would love to get some New Titans signed by George Perez and Jose Luis Garcia Lopez. Maybe even find David Mazzuchelli and get some Batman: Year One signed. Oh man, I am definitely going to have to make some cuts on what pamphlets I bring to get signed if I am going to get some swag at the con as well?!

Jonah and I will be there, along withJonah's trusty camera, I hope.

One of these days, I'll probably attend the NYCC. My sister lives in the city and it'd be nice to visit with her and attend a comic convention at the same time.

Trip - Oh, yeah, Jonah doesn't go anywhere without that camera.

John - I'll just look for the guy with the wheely cart to find you. Sheesh, it was always just easier to run into you at the airport. ;-)

Brian - I think my Saturday night partying has already been booked now, sadly enough. Sorry I'm not going to make that one.

No, that is what I hope to avoid this year. I would always end up bringing about 25% too many comics. This year I am really trying to identify who are the key autographs I would like to get. I have not seen Greg Rucka since my last trip to San Diego in 2003. I have never met Gail Simone, David Mazzuchelli, Gene Ha or Jose Garcia Lopez. George Perez is just, well, George Perez. Alright, maybe I will have my wheely cart.

And this is traditionally the time that I slap my forehead and exclaim, "Stupid me! I should have put together some CDs to giveaway with sample podcasts on them! ARGH!"

This happens a few days before every con, when it's WAY too late.

You should keep a folder with some favorites all the time and just burn it when the time comes.

Have a blast everyone! All I can say is GET THERE AS EARLY AS YOU CAN!!!

I was there last year, and I'm saving the rest of my pennies for SDCC.

I'll be there for all three days. To my surprise, I passed by Jonah on my way to the Comic-Con Gaming area.
