Unless Kon-El has some abilities I'm completely and totally unaware of, Nate Grey utterly destroys him with a brain-baking.

Or does Kon-El have superspeed that could potentially hit Grey before he could act? Though I recall someone saying that Grey had autoshields to some degree, too.....
