My top favorite manga story is the one in the Italian scanlations of CCS. I really say it was very sweet and touching. For those who don't understand Italian, I shall translate it for you.
One day, Sakura and Tomoyo noticed Syaoran was sick. She asked him if he is all right. Tomoyo told her whether he has a fever. Then she rushed to Syaoran and pressed her hand on the forehead and frantically asks "What has happened?" Syaoran tells Tomoyo and Sakura that he is taking medicine and will be staying in bed after school. He also assured Sakura that he is still fine,then goes on his way to home from school. When Sakura went home, Yukito greeted her. Noticing Sakura's worried face, Yukito asks her, what has happened. As Sakura was about to leave, Touya gave a package of food to her. Touya insists that she take it. Sakura asks "where". He didn't say Syaoran's name, just mentioned "that boy". He also told her "with a high fever, he will not be able to cook." Sakura was astonished to hear brothers words since he doesn't like Syaoran. I loved the part where a very worried Sakura went to make Syaoran a nice glass of warm milk with honey and said it was better for him to drink so he'd get well. He replies, "I hope, too".
Syaoran's facial expressions displayed geniune appreciation when he accepted Sakura's glass of warm milk. The flowers decorating the background around Syaoran and Sakura was a nice flowery touch.
I had read the other Italian scanlation of the CCS, where Sakura got sick and her oniichan Touya who looks after her, remembered a flashback of him and her as even younger children when Sakura was sick and he looked after her.
Well, since most of the people on the forums don't read italian, it is safe to display some of the images. If one doesn't understand the text spoilers in the images, then one wouldn't know the spoilers.
