I hadn't seen this before. I like the look of it so it may be worth a whirl. Aw hell, I love it and am in for one!
I just didn't want to sound like some kinda scrapbooking, stamp zealot.

And the cheesy merchandising begins...

Yes, because lighters, shot glasses, action figures, lunchboxes, journals and stationery sets aren't considered "cheesy" by some. Not to mention the entirety of comics culture.
One man's cheese is another man's cool beans. Together they make a delicious burrito.
<--proud lunchbox owner. :)

Still no Pez dispensers. :(
But I believe we've dodged the bullet of the Hellboy flip flops.
Quick, knock wood. Coffin wood!

Now that would be something I would get, too. But it ranks very high on the cheese scale.

Now that would be something I would get, too. But it ranks very high on the cheese scale. If you mean the "hot, melted cheese on toast under the broiler" scale then mmmmmmaybe (http://hellboyanimated.typepad.com/hellboy_animated/2006/12/friends_who_are.html).
Personally I think it's extremely cool and I covet it. :evilsmile
I would get some of these stamps if they were sold individually. I can't justify blowing twenty bucks on a whole set though.

The Wrong Thong of Doom:D
Now THAT'S a wedgie from HELL!
BTW... I could make one. Just send me a white or solid red thong. I'll get right on it!

Is there a thong in your heart? ;)
How about a BPRD bikini instead?

I left my heart in San Francisco. Or was it the thong?
How about a BPRD bikini instead?
Oooo la la! I'd definitely feel magical over that. BPRD has a good color scheme and simple logo that would probably look pretty spiffy as beachwear.
...
Just finished a marathon session of Okami and it put me in a Japan sort of mood and back to the topic - that rubber stamp kit is certainly in keeping with the milieu of Sword of Storms. I still have my hanko (signature stamp/seal) from when I lived in Japan. And since I'm one of those people who haven't completely abandoned written letters in favor of the internet, this is something I would actually use.

Uh, I did actually make a Roger the Homunculus Commemorative Thong, which is to say, a stuffed felt "crotch clamp" attached to some elastic. It's meant to be worn OVER your pants, though, as a humorous accessory. Like a grass hula skirt or a bunny tail.
OVER THE PANTS, PEOPLE.
We had a houseguest over a little while ago, and the Roger Commemorative Thong was inadvertently hanging over a lamp or something in the living room. It made for a very awkward conversation trying to explain to Our Puzzled Guest exactly who "Roger" was, and why the character would wear a fuzzy wooden thong with a ring attached to it.

Not to mention some of us really rock a bikini :D Not bragging...well, maybe just a little!

There are so many comments I could add here but I will not. There are children that browse these forums...

I actually went looking for evidence but my CD with all my pics of me seems to be missing, and I have none on my comp now after I had to get a new hard drive *eyes boyfriend who was rooting in my desk drawers last week*

OKay, now you guys have gotten me stuck on the thong... so I'm gonna try to make it. :evilsmile
Prolly use a old fashioned pic of HB but hey? Why not? :p
However, I could not find a solid black or white cotton thong to save my life right now, But I did find a tasteful Bikini! LOL
Oh yeah, and a black sports bra... gonna do that too so I have a matching set! hehe.
(sorry guys, I won't be modeling it for you) But I will take pictures when I'm done.;)
What about a HB jr. one too? Tad? Got any pics I can use? LOL

You could always use a BPRD embroidered patch to accentuate the bikini:

(the patch actually looks much better than that picture, but you get the idea)

Now I know why the jackalope is crying.
YAY! You recognized it as a jackalope! I am validated as an ARTEEESTE! now I don't have to pay for parking
It's from one of my minor works (they are all very minor) entitled
The Weeping Jackalope
2007
black Sharpie on Dollar Tree sketch pad
The jackalope is actually clutching a bloody axe and looking back into some tall grass. It's been called "a haunting visual mystery wrapped up in an enigma wrapped up in a flour tortilla with a topping of Safeway brand peach-pineapple salsa." Okay, it's only been called that by me, but I do recommend the salsa, and it's usually on sale 2-for-$5.

We can make every Hellboarder put it on and walk around the show floor for an hour - it'll be like a fraternity hazing.

Yes, bikini, as in two pieces. Okay, I know I'm nuts for doing this. But HEY?

Should only be a couple of days before they are done...

I remain insanely curious about this (http://www.stencilrevolution.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=32262&si=lobster). And my friend has seen the same stencil on a wall a few blocks from her apartment.
Alright, who's been inflicting stencil justice?
