I just bought and read all three issues of this Batman Elseworlds and man, it's awesome. The writing is Mignola through-and-through, and the art, while having similarities to a number of other artists (P. Craig Russell, Paul Pope, JH Williams III) is standout in its portrayal of Gotham City and The Batman.
Highly suggested if you haven't read it yet. There's another complete run at my comic store if people can't find it anywhere else.

I haven't read either The Doom that Came to Gotham or Gotham by Gaslight. I totally want to, though.

It seems like I am missing an issue of that, so I never finished the series, but I liked the first issue.

Troy Nixey is a true artist. He did some amazing things with Mike on Jenny Finn and a very cool fantasy story with Neil Gaiman.
He's also done a few pieces for TCM's Underground along with our own Guy Davis.
