He's yet unintroduced in 52, but based on the name and costume, it's pretty obvious.

i saw a pic of him from titanstower. and his costume looks alot like owlmans.

i'd like to see a new story arc after Titans East where they meet their anti-matter versions the Young Offenders. I just don't see why someone who was most likely sadistically tortured by Owlman being a good guy. Maybe he wanted tosee how the other side worked or maybe Batman has been injecting him with a drug to control him. it works with Deathstroke.
