looking for comic?

Im looking for a comic i bought around 3 years ago - it had 3 or more people in black latex suits , from what i recall they had an american flag , anyone any clues? im seriously lost, not even sure it was marvel?

A comic with latex suits and a flag. hmmmm, anymore obscure facts you can present us with? Maybe the whole issue was printed on paper, or something? Was it held together by staples?

I'm thinking that it could either be Team USA... a book from the New Universe era.... or perhaps USAgent or a book featuring the Captain.... all were wrapped in spandex or black latex suits and sported an america flag. Right?:o
