At the risk of sounding negative... why am I meant to be happy about the Amazons attacking Washington D.C. in a fashion reminicent of Pearl Harbor, and attempting to behead the president to put his head on a pike? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this one, as it seems to be specifically designed to bury any credibility that Diana's mission of peace still has, and render a large portion of her supporting cast unlikable terrorists.

Maybe this will lead to Diana's newest mission: battling xenophobia. *shrugs* I gotta admit I'm curious, since, and I'm guessing here, Diana has NOTHING to do with the Amazons deciding to declare war on America, but no one will ever trust her the same regardless. I don't think she'll agree with whatever reason they give, and she'll stand with the heroes against her sisters, putting her in an awkward position.

The Amazons are going to have to show a higher level of military tech than they usually show. True, they trot out the purple ray or whatever, but a sword based armed of folks who are NOT invulnerable is going to be shot to crap quite quickly.

Magic plot devices, etc. will be deployed.
