Can't say he's a villian since Galactus isn't really evil, just doing what a hungry predator does.
He returned to Galactus service in return for a power-up, guiding Galactus into the conflict against the Annihilation Wave and to stop the killing of millions of worlds. Galactus was the lesser of the two "evils".
Just in time for the Fantastic Four movie.

The Surfer is also alot more powerful than he was before. Galactus gave him a major power up when he agreed to rejoin him.
As for the rest of the Hearlds:
Firelord - Still active and looking for payback against the forces of Annihilus
Morg - Killed by Annihiuls's scientists
Terrax - Was enslaved by Annihilus but is free again now
Air Walker - Destroyed by the forces of Annihilus
Red Shift - Presumed killed while fighting the Annihilus's forces
Stardust - Presumed killed in the same fight with RedShift, but has been shown to have survived and will show up in the pages of Fantastic Four soon

Galactus is good, he just has a bad job. He is the balance that keeps the universe from spinning out of control.

He isn't good or evil but I think right now galactus would be seen as more of a villian than before after the "galactus event" and with him feeding twice as much as before annihilation. The galactus event and the surfer being so much more powerful makes him more terrifying than he already was.

Good point. As much as we might see Galactus as justified in his reaction to Annhilus and as much as we might understand his reasons for overeating (the upcoming showdown with Tenebrous & Aegis), the general alien public is probably just scared spitless by him.

Shame that Morg was killed off . I liked Morg , he had much more personality than the likes of Red Shift or stardust. His feud with Terrax was entertaining.

He'll be seen next, though, in a GALACTUS HERALDS one-shot in a couple months, alongside Surfer (another one-shot deals with Firelord and possibly Terrax).

Given that Galactus has been around since the Big Bang, there should be more ex-Heralds out there somewhere. Herald seems like a tough job, in terms of morale, with potential for a lot of burnout. While some Heralds might get whacked by a particularly tough race occupying a given planet, it seems more likely that some would go crazy or quit. Even if the average Herald lasts a few hundred years, Galactus has been around for millennia. This could be a convenient excuse for Marvel to introduce some more heavy hitters as villains.

This is what, though, the third time he's been 'killed'? Fourth? I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he comes back.

Given that death is pretty much a joke at Marvel these days (DC, too), they should just have some fun with it. Maybe do a funny mini-series about this afterlife holding area called The Terminal, where "deceased" Marvel characters hang out until they get brought back to life again. Once in a great while, somebody manages to get past the bureaucracy of the Terminal and actually move on to a more standard afterlife like Valhalla or Hell.

We know that Galactus has been empowering others since the very beginning of the 616 universe, since Tenebrous and Aegis recognised that the Fallen One was a former servant of Galactus. However, the Fallen One is supposed to be the first Herald of Galactus.
Based on the other information we have, then, it seems like there are two main possibilities: one, that Fallen One was the first Herald, but not the first servant or companion of Galactus by any means; two, that Fallen One is merely the first Herald in a long time (potentially since the beginning of the universe, although that's unlikely).
So... it's possible for more former Heralds to show up, but I wouldn't expect it to happen any time soon. On the other hand, given how prone the industry is to running out of ideas, we can expect it to happen eventually, all the same.

I forgot all about the Fallen One. Was he killed in Annhilation or just nearly killed? I really couldn't tell reading it.

I don't think it was ever said whether he was dead or not. It looked like all the power had been drained out of him but I don't think they said if he was dead or alive.

The official word is that he's dead.
There's enough leeway in the actual comic for that to be easily reversed, though.
