In honor of the Superbowl next week a movie football rumble.

The Washington Sentinels (The Replacements) the TSU fightin' Armadillos (Necessary Roughness). Which 'loser' team comes out on top.

The Sentinels actually won three of their four games, while the Armadillos stunk out loud. But, I'll say TSU, since I work at the school where it was filmed (North Texas).

And while I think Adam Sandler is a funny man, his version of "The Longest Yard" doesn't compare to the original...that remake never should have been made.

BTW, both are terrific, fun movies. Forget the high-fallutin' critics.
