When will Tiny Toons get to DVD?

I never thought Animaniacs was as funny as Tiny Toons; although Animaniacs had its moments.

So why didn't they put that on DVD first? Or yet?

Originally I think it was a issue between spieldberg and warner brothers. But now that animaniacs and pinky and the brain are out maybe we will see tiny toons also.
