Any good?I just finished Diggle's Silent Dragon and enjoyed it a great deal.

Considerably better than Silent Dragon, which was indeed very good.

I thought the losers was very good, was disappointed that it was so short though.

It's good. The writing is a bit too cliche-ridden in some parts but it never gets annoying. And the art is absolutely fantastic.

I'm thinking that was mostly on account of nobody buying the book.
That final scene, that could easily have played out into a sequel.

This was one of my favourite Vertigo series of the past couple years. It was a fun, fast-paced, clever action series. Not terribly deep, I admit, but it was tightly plotted and had some snappy dialogue and fun characters. There was a lot of energy and excitement in the book.

Jock is a fantastic and dynamic artist - he does some incredible action scenes. His characters aren't always perfectly defined - there are two guys in the first trade that can blur together - but his art just pops off the page. Some of the fill-in art isn't great - I'm not a fan of Ben Oliver - and I kind of wish they'd just delayed some of the series and let Jock do it all. Still, Ale Garza did a really nice issue, and Colin Wilson's art fit in really well without aping Jock.

Highly recommended.

One one the most entertaining comics I've read in the past couple of years.
