They're finally reprinting more of Delano's HELLBLAZER? Whoa.

Looks like it will be the conclusion of the "Resurrection Crusade/Damnation Army" storyline (HB 9-12) and the Horrorist prestige mini. Makes me happy at least, but I hope they'll continue up to the "Family Man" arc, my personal favorite.

Yeah - I'm not a big fan of Delano's Hellblazer, but the Family Man story was quite good. I think it's shortly after that that it gets really unreadable

I tend to agree, although I think 'unreadable' might be too strong a criticism. Any sense of plot certainly went out the window, and instead it's Mercury the psychic girl as plot device. The theme, I guess, was supposed to be 'Constantine: Past, Present, and Future', but the only story I can honestly say I enjoyed from that lot was "The Dead Boy's Heart", although I have not read the McKean "Golden Boy" story in HB 40. (It's the only issue I don't own.) The future Constantine story was absolute crap, possibly the single worst issue of HB, even if it was Mercury messing with him. Delano redeemed future Constantine with the great Bad Blood mini from a few years ago, though. Plus, Phil Bond art.

Yeah - Bad Blood was great. Who'd have thought that Jamie Delano who was so pompous throughout most of his Hellblazer run could write such good comedy?
